Your furry friends will fit right in at Botanic at Ingleside, especially in our expansive fenced dog park and pet spa. A one-time pet fee of $400 applies for your first pet, with another $100 for each additional pet. Maximum three pets, please. Monthly per-pet fee is $20. Contact our helpful leasing team for more information about pet fees. Certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Beaucerons, Belgian Malinois, St. Bernards, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and all "mixes" of the above breeds. The following non-traditional pets are allowed: small domesticated birds, domestic fish, turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, gerbils, and hermit crabs. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not allowed because of liability reasons.
